We are continuing to work towards a solution to the intermittent site responsiveness. During this time, you may log into readonly.buildinglink.com, which will allow you to view ALL of your BuildingLink data and navigate the site efficiently, however you will not be able to save any changes. Please know that we have all hands on deck to resolve this issue.

As a reminder, if you have ConciergeLink installed and have previously logged in, please use that program until full BuildingLink service is restored. Any actions will sync to the website as soon as we're back up and running.

Any actions will sync to the website as soon as we're back up and running. Please note that you may see a sync error message in ConciergeLink, this will not prevent you from using the program.

 

Please note that if you have previously installed ConciergeLink (our locally-installed front desk software), your staff can continue to log packages, check entry instructions, and access contact information during this time.  Once full access is restored, any data entered into ConciergeLink will automatically sync to BuildingLink. If you have not yet installed ConciergeLink, once service has been restored, feel free to reach out to our Support team so we can assist you with this installation.

Please note that if you have not installed ConciergeLink (our locally-installed front desk software) now is a great time to do it! ConciergeLink allows your staff to continue logging in packages, check entry instructions, and access contact information when your connection to BuildingLink is weak or unavailable.
